2Hr Aquarist EU REACH General Statement
All products sold by 2Hr Aquarist Pte Ltd ("2HRA") to our EEA customers are compliant with EU REACH regulatory requirements. All necessary substances of the 2HRA portfolio have been registered under EU REACH either by 2HRA or by a supplier, or are exempt from EU REACH registration.
Each importer is responsible for his own compliance with EU REACH; 2HRA products sold to customers outside of EEA may not necessarily be compliant with EU REACH requirements.
To fully understand the obligations that you as our customer have under EU REACH, we recommend that you consult the ECHA website.
2Hr Aquarist Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) General Statement
2HRA sells products into a large variety of markets and applications. The products we sell do not contain substances above the legal threshold of above or equal to 0.1 % (w/w) that are on the European Union (EU) Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern for Authorisation1 or that have been moved to the Authorisation list2, also known as REACH Annex XIV.
