As a broad guideline:
Exact pricing depends on several factors. Generally, distributors that focus solely on distribution (i.e they do not operate retail) enjoy higher margins than those who also operate retail / sell directly to consumers.
Per Shipment: Minimum 30 boxes (approximately US$6500+ in value). This is primarily driven by the cost of freight. Smaller quantities are acceptable but the unit cost of shipping ( total shipping cost divided by the number of items) rises.
The base unit of orders are in BOXES.

Each pallet (1mx1.2m) can hold ~60 boxes (max 70 boxes).
We supply on an ex-works basis from Singapore. We generally provide free products of equivalent retail value to offset freight costs. The mix is discretionary, though your preference is taken into account.
Important:
Distributors have the know-how to clear their local customs. Our products are accompanied by their respective MSDS. In Europe, we are CE compliant.
APT products are not to be sold on 3rd party platforms- Amazon, eBay, Shopee etc. Approval may be given on a case-by-case basis. IMPORTANT: please reach out to us before you list on 3rd party platforms.
We reserve the right to supply directly to selected Strategic Accounts via our Dealer Direct program. These are retailers where, due to their deep focus on freshwater planted tanks (and/or social media influence) we have a collaborative relationship beyond supply- involving new plant species, aquascape designs, techniques and/or marketing. And through them we 'get an ear on the ground' in terms of hobby trends / feedback / preferences. They tend to be closely linked to the planted community. Our joint marketing helps boost APT sales for other retailers.
Similarly, where applicable, we reserve the right to supply directly to partners who are part of our Industry Partner Program.
Consumer protection laws generally prohibit exclusive contracts. However we are highly selective in our choice of partners, and our focus is on brand building, not short term product volume. Our philosophy is to 'Grow Together' and we respect the investment and trust that our partners and customers have placed in us.
