Dealer Direct is available in Singapore, the continental US and Canada, and selected regions in the EU and UK.

If you focus on online e-commerce, please note that we have a strict Minimum Advertised Price Policy. Dealer Direct is not an avenue to flow high volumes of discounted products into the market. Joining criteria is more stringent for online-only retailers.

It is simple. For every cumulative purchase of US$2500 within 12 months, receive US$500 (in retail value) worth of free products.

Our online ordering dashboard holds your purchase history, so it is easy to keep track.

The Growth Reward products will be added to the next order after the $2500 target. So if you have already purchased $$1800 and place a new $700, hurray! You hit the $2500 target. The free products will be added to the order after that, and shipped together.

We cover your shipping cost by automatically adding Free Products and Merchandise (retail value) equal or above the shipping charges of each order (up to US$200 worth of free products).

For example, if shipping charges = US$30, a set of free products and/or merchandise worth >US$30 (retail value) will be automatically added to the order.

You can indicate your preference of free products in the 'Additional Information' field during checkout. We will try to accommodate your request, but please understand that the mix is ultimately discretionary as we will need to balance shipping weight involved. As a rule, we provide free products of lighter weight, and never aquasoil as it is too heavy.

We have a Minimum Advertised Price policy that applies to all retailers. You may offer various incentives to attract / encourage customers (e.g. loyalty discounts, points / coupons, deals for sets or bundles, discounts for new tank setups etc. ) But the listed unit prices must follow the MAP.

MAP excludes tax. So, displayed tax inclusive pricing = MAP+ Tax.
As a guide, MAP is generally identical or slightly lower than the prices listed on this website.

We partner a global network of influencers / ambassadors. Our ambassadors do have discount codes (an incentive for viewers to follow them). However the average conversion rate for affiliate links is 2-5% (according to google anyway) and even if we flatter ourselves to be a 2X outlier (a whopping 10%?), the remaining 90% make their purchases outside of the affiliate's coupon links. So we have always seen our investment in our ambassadors as something we do on behalf of our entire partner network, not just ourselves.

When you place an order, it is always a draft- no payment is required. We will review your order, add in the free products and send you 2 order notifications:

• Your original order + shipping- please click 'complete order' which will take you to the standard payment options- credit card, paypal etc.
• Free products and incentives (First $400 etc.)- no action is required.

Upon payment:

1. Goods will be dispatched in 2-3 working days, usually across 3-4 shipments from the nearest warehouse. This is because each box is dispatched once it is packed, rather than consolidated into a single shipment. This enables you to receive products faster, however not altogether.
2. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment, and generally receive everything in 4-9 working days, depending on your location.

Products are intended for sale at your physical store and on your own website and social media platforms.

They are not to be sold on 3rd party platforms- Amazon, eBay, Shoppee etc.
Approval may be given on a case-by-case basis.
IMPORTANT: please reach out to us before you list on 3rd party platforms.

The standard Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) per order is US$400 in the US, where we ship directly from our US warehouses.
