How does the affiliate program work?

It is simple. We use an award winning 3rd party platform. You create a unique discount code. Whenever someone uses your code to make a purchase on www.2hraquarist.com, they get a discount and you get a commission. The starting tier gives 15% commission and users get a 10% discount. 

How is the commission calculated?

Basically a percentage of the purchase, excluding discounts, taxes and delivery charges. You will have access to a dashboard where you can see every transaction made using your unique code.

How can I grow my affiliate earnings?

Use the programme dashboard to check your link performance after each post / event. If an activity did not generate many 'clicks', it often indicates room for adjustment 🙂 In our experience, consistent content / posting has a big impact. Add an 'APT Badge' (see below) on relevant pictures to help viewers remember your discount offer. 

Do note that online store purchases are only available to customers in the US, Canada, Europe, Australia and selected countries in Asia. 

When and how will I receive my commissions?

Commissions are paid monthly using paypal. If your accumulated earnings are less than US$50, we may wait until they reach US$50 before paying you. This is to reduce transaction fees. Please note that Paypal charges a small transaction fee which is automatically deducted when the funds are deposited into your account. Full terms of service here.
